First, if it isn’t obvious to him, Mahmoud not only is full Palestinian by blood, he’s also the leader of the hypocritical pro-Palestinian movement. While the movement is hypercritical of Israel’s war actions after the surprise attack by Hamas, a Palestinian nationalist Sunni Islamist political organization, on October 7, 2023, the same can’t be said otherwise. It doesn’t condemn the actions of Hamas. It supports Hamas. He supports Hamas.
Second, again, if it isn’t obvious to Mahmoud, phone calls to his family aside, he wrote an op-ed that was published in a leading national U.S. newspaper after reading a novel. Nazi’s undertook cultural genocide. Getting caught with a diary was a death sentence. Prisoners weren’t writing op-eds. Nazis forced them to work 11+ hours of hard labor, daily. And those who couldn’t work were murdered.
